Compare habit trackers
Other habit trackers beside this one: prices, sources and who should pick them.
A streak is a number. HabitForge draws the same days as a rope: it thickens while you keep going and frays where you stopped. Plenty of people would rather have an avatar to dress or a grid of tiles, so we read each app’s own pages and wrote down what they say.

What HabitForge does not do
- No iOS app. There is no iPhone or iPad app. On those devices HabitForge runs in the browser.
- No home screen widgets. To check in, you open the app. Nothing sits on your home screen.
- No health or wearable sync. Nothing reads your watch, your step count or another app. A check-in is something you do on purpose.
- No guided way to replace a habit. You can mark a habit as one to break and write down its cue and reward. Nothing here walks you through keeping that cue and reward while you change the routine.
Where the idea started
Reading The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg set HabitForge off, which is why every habit here has room for its cue, routine and reward. The rope is our own idea. The author and publisher have no connection to HabitForge and have not endorsed it.
